Halt trains not going via Dhanbad. Jo Bbs and Rnc jati hai. Rnc Raj and Bbs Duro. Baaki Gmo can be used as satellite station of Dhanbad if Gmo_Dhn connectivity is good.
I think final solution rail on rail he hoga jisse new DC line via GMO he rahegi or GMO mein lr nahi krna hoga..
Actually Government is getting huge revenue still, so Not bothered. also in india Industrial town are not given importance.
