Plz don't take it otherwise, but in that case why lines from some other parts of nation are shown as 'under construction', even though basic administrative paper work has not startted...
for eg: Jalna - Khamgaon, Washim- Badnera, Amrur-Adilabad, Chandur Bazar- Betul..etc.. these are just accepted lines in principle..
