3 things I like from IR
1) introduction of humsafar and antyodaya exp
2) SRC allotted WAP7
3) elevators and escalators in various stations recently inaugurated in BKSC
3 things I dislike from IR...

(my intention is not to hurt just a fact)
1) delayments of many trains especially north bounds trains (sometimes rajdhani and garib rath delays)
2) RSA details on boards (not helpful for normal pax as most pax gets confused)
3) WAP4 stopped manufacturing in CLW
Any suggestions? ?
