Shalimar - Udaypur train should also follow route via Bhattnagar, Dankuni, Barddhaman, Dhanbad to reduce its time. Shalimar - Patna duronto run via Bhattanagar with less time.
Shamlimar-Patna Duronto follows ACC Link Line via Bhattnagar to join ER HWH-BWN Chord Line from SER Shalimar Side to go to Patna.

There is already a train between Sealdah & Udaipur via BWN-PNBE so this new train between Shalimar & Udaipur has been given a New Longer Route to connect a new set of cities en route :-)
