Is there any news about increase in MPS of has-baw section. Or any track upgradation work.

Don't know. I think MPS is still same, considering NTES Train running updates. Don't know if any upgrading work is going on. Local members should confirm.
Long back Hassan ICE used to run late regularly, but now its almost on time daily till BAW. So I feel they increased MPS.

On 26/07/18 22679 was delayed by 1hour .Local said track upgradation work.But railway official said passengers safety purposes train delayed at Nelamangala.So I thought MPS is increased to 100.
I too read somewhere about maintenance work taken up. not sure though.
When i had travelled from YPR to HAS last month, speed was quite low till Nelamangala.. But post that, it ran at a good speed (50-60 kmph).. Arrives at HAS with average delay of 15-20 mins..
