Garib rath don't stop at many places for example on kota-delhi stretch there are only two stops for garib rath while mostly passenger in indian trains travel average less then 500 km so janshatabdi,jansadharan or antyodaya type trains should be introduced
SF is best option . Amongst alternatives SK type trains are best with no compulsion of connecting National & state capital.
