I also feel that they should have a bigger waiting hall in the new complex. for a station as big as Howrah, the condition of waiting hall in first floor (new complex from where SER trains depart) is in bad shape. I felt that even smaller stations like Pune have a bigger waiting hall as compared to the one in HWH and the less said about cleanliness and other aspects
