the LP's don't object ?? it is illegal, right ?? then it is the LP's responsiblity. the guy is standing right in front of the LP window. or these are railway staff members ?? then he should be allowed inside the cabin.

LPs sometimes allow them inside the engine. If the engine cabins are already full, people hang onto the engine.
