Fro August 15, 2018, 16232 Mysuru- Mayiladuturai Express will depart from Mysuru at 4.15 p.m. instead of 3.30 p.m., and arrive at Bengaluru at 6.45 p.m. instead of 6.20 p.m. The journey time has been cut by 20 minutes..
The advantage of this time could probably be :
(1) Good option for office goers returning from work travelling between SBC, Cant going towards carmelaram, Hosur

I havent seen that in either CR or SWR drafts. Need to wait for a week more. But highly doubful.
Don't expect it unless route becomes FEDL.. Also since it has RSA with Siddeshwar and sending it back to SUR from PF why would think of making it arrive early at CSTM just to block the PF for more time...Better its given back to SWR would bring good old glory for it.
Yeah.. once upon time Udyan with Twin KJM Blue Livered ALCo with 4 slip coaches with 6529/30 number.. I also thought Udyan should be with SWR.
Even it had very good maintainence when with SWR but now can't say that :(
I guess CR is saving one rake to run a combo of 2 trains now. More importantly Siddeshwar and Udyan both were occupying PFs at CSTM for half of the day which is good for CR. They will not give Udyan back to SWR.
