12827/28 Purulia Superfast Express has been put into surveillance of refurbishment after receiving tons of complains regarding passenger amenities. Sayan Karamkar, who is a regular end to end commuter said condition of unreserved coaches are ultra pathetic. The whole train leaves unclean from Howrah other than Friday.

Subhomoy Sarkar (Chief Engineer.) said,"We have ordered new coaches for the express. Their delay in dispatch is adding to our misery."
