On 10th march 2012, in between jabalpur and katani station two GRP member has taken the money and things by force from the normal people in general bogie in secunderabad-patna Exp. (12791). They have closed their Id bach No. and name. If the GRP will do this then who will save the people. Is their any online complain site for railways which could come in action as early as possible for this type of situation.

just read in paper that grp brewed stm trouble with pantry guys 4 not giving them food. They detained pantry incharge. As a result passengers of Pashcim exp had to go hungry yesterday.
