Manmad - Aurangabad Electrification by March 2019.
South Central Railway (SCR), which has created a record of sorts in taking up electrification works to an extent of little over 600 km last year, has set itself an ambitious target of completing nearly 800 km this year. Even though the Railway Board has set a target of 563 km, senior officials are pretty confident of doing more in the next eight months.

This is the latest SCR report submitted to railway board. Even if electrification starts, it will start only in MED NZB Section..
