Finally doubling work seems to be completing.
RDI - ASK section target is Aug.
So some regulations and short termination.

1. RDI - ASK will be open for traffic by Sep end or Oct beginning.
2. The entire TK - ASK will be completed by March 2019, ahead of 2020 target.
3. For March the target was RDI - ASK and TK - AMSA on the TK - ASK section. But they are saying that even AMSA - RDI will be completed by then.

Looks too difficult to complete whole of TK-ASK doubling by March 2019.

Also SUBL - UBL 3 Kms. Because some doc showed SUBL - YLG as target, but later that was dropped. So maybe SUBL to UBL is already double.

SUBL to Hubballi East Cabin(HBQ) is single line, at Hubli East Cabin the lines from Gadag join, from there its double line till UBL station for sure. But it may also be considered 3 lines from UBL East till UBL station as I have seen three signals for those 3 lines, but one is generally used to stable some or the other rake.
So HBQ-JRU should be considered for doubling.
