Don’t know who! But whosoever it is.. this member is picking all info from this platform and posting in Facebook groups with watermarks without even giving due reference and credits!!
Here this guy picked up a page of RTI reply reg scr irttc proposals posted in iri and applied watermark of his fb group and posted m fb

He s actually misguiding.
1) it's nly a proposal put forward by scr. There s no confirmation that this train will be started.
And it's a proposal of 2016 irttc meeting which didn't make any move. Is that not a wrong info ??
