It was actually a loco failure on 11th Aug early morning for 12393
(RJPB-NDLS/Load-22B), LP Reported Ex.Bharwari (BRE) Station that suddenly notch regress to zero & notch not coming, wedged Q-51 in deenergized condition, tried by rear cab but not succeed, cleared section by manual control of GR to Sirathoo (SRO) Loop. CLI checked and found air leakage near ZSMGR, operated SMGR handle manually, drained out all pressure and re-energized but not succeed. R/Given. Fresh loco given at CNB Station. IOH-13.06.17, IC-25.07.18, Major/Sec-ALD-CNB, Minor/Sec-Saiyed Sarawan-Sirathoo (SYWN-SRO), Time-00.22-01.02 hrs in section & 01.02-02.22 hrs. Loco checked and found general locking pin of GR control broken causing notch not coming by MP & EEC.
