I feel scr is trying to provide intercity,sf connection for uttarndhara side by extensions
Second they have asked tirumal exp primary maintenance to vskp base as they want to extended tirumala to kadapa freeing tpty pitlines
Also any train from vskp to Mas,SBC,cape etc need pm or SM at vskp right which caters entire scr bza division
