1. There is no leg rest in K1 of 12013/14.
2. They served me regular Executive Breakfast meal between UMB-NDLS even.. milk cornflakes and fruits were missing from the meal.
3. Moreover no entertainment / infotainment screen was working.

Railway is unnecessary charging extra money for NO additional facility in the name of Anubhuti coach installed with 12013-14, another cheap way to loot passenger’s money!!
Does anyone know if “services” provided by Railway are governed under Consumer Service Act and Railway can be brought to consumer court for not giving said services despite charging money for it, taking an example of Anubhuti coach!!
Yes most probably they are and there some news where someone got compensation from the consumer courts, it takes a lot of time and effort though.
