totally bull shit taag. dozens of special trains are running with slow tt , dirty coaches charging special fare , regular trains are being run as special fare special ( bju-sc/dbg-sc/hyd-rxl), sections are lying unused( seekar-loharu, raxaul -narkatiaganj), trains are waiting for speed up yet nothing for all these ailments.
