If u look onto d attached map(made in 2010), cnb se ald ki taraf ek dusri line bhi hai but it is not in use.
.
Existing CNBI-CNB is staturated now. (Earlier it was single line)
So old closed line ko start karna chahiye so CNB orginating trains to ALD like 22442, memu can use it from pf10 and reduce load as well.

Also future trains like Train20 k lie best rahega because chandari k baad as trains crawl.
