I am in favour of hike but not this much maximum and minimum criteria should have been there say...betwwen 30...60 for sleeper.
Yes maximum limit should have been Rs 60/-.But now Dibrugarh to Kannyakumari Fare increased by Rs 214/-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WTF...!!!
