This train is mostly used by the immigrant labours of Jharkhand & W.B to various parts of Karnatata.RM also knows that the budget speech will not at all affect them.Infact most of them dont even know that today Rail Budget is presented.So next time,when they'll be coming to YPR/HWH Station or any other PRS for booking tickets,they'll greeted with the surprise RM has left for them..!!!
