What about the existing rakes of SHM-TVC express. Are both of them in Kerala ?..........Its quite sad to see railways minting money from the same in the name of special fare although they have sent water and other essential items free of cost in these times.

Yes. For emergency situations it is wrong to charge extra fares for Specials

Ethically & morally wrong, but Financially & revenue wise right.
Actually they know half day for bookings , also not many will go to ERS/TVC side now in Floods, patronage will be dull. so makeup that its Spl Fare .
