Actually there are two (may be more, but these two are in news)
1. As Humsafar exp fare scheme.
2. Other one is to lessen/abolish the dynamic charges in lean season only in trains which are going empty. In peak season it will remain as it is.
Lets see what happens. Even CAG has asked them to shut this dynamic fare scheme.
