I think they have set up departments in BZA and GNT area in a hurry .Actually it was planned that the capital from HYB will be shifted after 10 years.
Let’s see what happens once it’s developed.
I think departements in Guntur and Vijayawada uses city names temporarily as not body actually knows the area of Amaravati city which is being developed .So the departments might use the city names instead .But once Amaravati will be developed Amravati capital region will be used.
