There are strict rules on overspending and as such is not done.. momentarily it might go slightly higher like 131-132 but not beyond.. and mostly will be maintained just under ...GPS meters on phone are not very precise.. they have higher margin of error.. and as well depends on the phone..
But again.. it's still a lot of speed and a very good run..

Hmm i also know overspeeding is strictly not allowed in any zone of Indian railways We can't trust the speed of speedometer sometime it shows incorrect result

Tracks bhi to capable hone chhye phir wrna 110 wala track me over speeding Hoga to derail hi n hoga train
Actually for 110 kmph tracks are tested around 120 kmph .. So as to avoid any overspeeding prblms .. or for sometimes tracks can withstand higher speed until any curve in the route
