dynamicchand4u 15 blog postsConsidering the Lakhs of person from Bihar and UP at Surat and other location of Gujarat, i believe frequency increase of train no 19045/ 19046 & 22947/ 22948 is mandatory. Rake sharing of 22947/22948 with 19045/19046 should not be more. 19045/19046 should run for 07 days a week with more no of Rakes. At the same time train no 22947/22948 frequency should be increased from Bi weekly to atleast 4-5 days a week with different timing from 19045/19046, may be with a difference of 1-2 hrs. Now Udhna-Jalgaon double track is also almost completed. Hence there should be any Traffic related issues. Definitely this frequency increase wil cater the needs of lakhs of people from Bihar and UP. Above to this this train brings huge revenue to the Western railway.So that part is also not an issue.
Actually yes. On 3/7 I was in ADI-MMCT DD which stopped next to Tapti Ganga express at Surat. The train was full packed. SL classes were no less than GEN class, GEN class was like...... People had tied a cloth (called Gamchha in Bihar) on both the handles of door so that they don't fall while sitting at door. Similarly UDN - JYG Antodaya pics are also there which is seen crowded. A new train or frequency increase of these trains is really needed.
