After Gangavati station towards Karatagi - there seems to be a large gap as per this satellite map. So that means Feb 2019 target wont be met.

It seems that it will be delayed. After some distance after the station, the line ends abruptly at the point where it turns left northwards. Maybe LA problem or other reasons, as is the usual with new line works.
