True.. That's why I propose to set a limit for every city and use the money planned to spent on Bengaluru to provide the best amenities for another Tier 2 city. Let's go step by step. Say, first Hubballi - Dharwad, next Belagavi, next Vijayapura... A stitch in time saves nine.. And now, it is the time to have all the ten stitches..!! ๐๐
