Also intermediate booking restrictions has been removed (i.e. bookings from AGC to SC was not allowed earlier, atleast 1 out of Boarding/Deboarding station must be Souce/Destination station of train)...

Really good move regarding improvement of Patronage in Flexi Fare trains, rather than running them completely empty they're allowing intermediate booking and a well deserving increased quota for Secunderabad.
Although this same move could pose a lot of problems for Bengaluru passengers in rush season.
If the same move is implemented in other trains it'd be of huge benefit to intermediate stations but a disaster to end to end connection especially in rush season.

It's not jealousy Brother, it's just demand.
I've traveled more than 19 times in Bengaluru Rajdhani and more than 13 times in Delhi Sarai Rohilla Yeswantpur Duronto Express from DEE/NZM/BPL/HBJ to SBC/YPR and return; one thing I can say with my experience is Secunderabad fills way more than just 60- 70 seats in any given day.
Although I totally share your concern for Bengaluru passengers especially during rush season as such division of seats with Secunderabad could be disastrous for Bengaluru. They could've have focused on increasing the frequency of Secunderabad Rajdhani too....

Nothing is 100% perfect. Everything has it's pros and cons.. You have to see which weighs higher.. The Pros or Cons and in this instance, The Pros definitely Weigh higher considering the fact that the train isn't getting enough E2E passengers and this will help get some patronage
Also, Why I said Pros weigh more is trains run throughout the year so the weigh age must be checked based on patronage throughout and not just peak seasons

Agreed, but I'm not sure that people from Bengaluru will take it in positive sense at all.
Plus if we see it Secunderabad does have an advantage of 4 more trains of its own and then have 3 trains from Bengaluru towards New Delhi, this definitely isn't gonna sit well with Bengalureans particularly during rush season.
Although it's a great move to improve Patronage, I'm waiting to see the situation during rush season.
