Both Incase, The Specials that ran before had many halts & only a Special Fares.
Yup. I think that train had more than 8AC coaches at first and then reduced drastically because it did not have enough takers.The logic behind introducing a humsafar with dynamic fare still, is beyond me
Flexi fare is also one of the reason . Not only this HS most of the HS are running with poor patronage (TPTY-Jammu tawi is another example)
