South mein bhi hota hai bhai. Vskp-ru, ned-sbc, maq-ers, majn-kawr mein maine travel kiya hai, aur wahan whi hota hai, eastern coast ke side waale states jaise, WB, OR, AP, mein ye menace jyada hai. Actually all india ye problem hai. Chahe kisi region mein travel kar rahe ho, wo clapping sound to kabhi na kabhi sunne ko mil hi jaata hai. Mera abhi tak 3rd gender free journey with distance 800 kms + is Kota to BDTS by 19020 Ddn-Bdts Exp.
I have personally experienced in Chennai local trains and also in Kanniyakumari. They even start a fist fight if you don't give them tener(10 rupee note)
