Got a reply from Western railway Back.....
They told the reason for not providing the halt of Flying Ranee Express on Boisar is that if Flying Ranee is provided with Halt at Boisar, People of Virar and Vasai will also demand for it's halt.... And seeing them People of Dadar too.........

Giving halt at Boisar would make this train unusable. I have friends from Boisar who travel on this train daily and even they do not support this move. This is already packed to the hilt and gets overcrowded at Palghar. It simply cannot handle the crowd from Boisar too. There should be an alternate train for Boisar folks at around the same time - but one which does not halt at Palghar or Virar.
