Got a reply from Western railway Back.....
They told the reason for not providing the halt of Flying Ranee Express on Boisar is that if Flying Ranee is provided with Halt at Boisar, People of Virar and Vasai will also demand for it's halt.... And seeing them People of Dadar too.........

I think there should be pressure from passenger groups in Boisar - Palghar to official halt to the Kutch Express there then!
