Hehe... IR is providing basic facilities on higher rate... cheating people...
Clean toilets, coaches, good catering, security are the basic needs of a traveler.... But this comes at a higher rate in Indian railways...
I was happy on the day when I saw a blog stating that Chennai Garib rath has been restored..

Flop h qki in the indian context for long distances you need to have technical halts, duronto was supposed to provide e2e non stop connectivity, when the "non-stop" proposition in itself is a sham, why call it non stop then
A halt is a halt, technical or otherwise
Moreover, if one seeks e2e connectivity only, why not take flights? Most of the trunk routes are well connected by flights..in its ab initio definition the duronto was an inherently flawed concept, perhaps the more diluted ones that we see today are the way forward
