AmravatiSuperfast~ 598 blog postsGOOD NEWS... Court has ordered SR to bring back Garib Rath. Garib Rath will continue to run. Humsafar will be withdrawn or will find an alternate slot. I got a call from IRCTC to cancel Humsafar booking so that they can remove the train from IRCTC and put Garib Rath into system. Unless, all the passengers cancel ticket, they can't remove the train from IRCTC. Garib Rath will appear onto the system in 2-3 days.

The numbers don't matter, Politicians are not poor, they can easily give up food subsidy. But they never think so. Canteen serves up to 4500 person everyday on an average. So common people are paying up for their food also.
If government has problem with subsidised fare, then why doesn't government increases Sleeper fare, then politicians see Vote bank for their party and don't care about the country's economy and growth.
Even Garibrath fare can be revised a little bit, then also people will not oppose.

Garib rath baand nehi hona chahiye. Jinko usme travel karna hai woh kar lenge. Aur agar Garib Rath khaali chal rahi hai toh HumSafar kya khaak bhaaregi. Matlab ki kamm daam pe log travel nehi karenge toh kya zyada daam mei travel karenge. Jab logo ko bhi pataa chalega ki zyada daam dekar bhi kuch zyada nehi mil raha, toh woh bhi travel karna baand hi kar denge.
