Totally Agreed, Garib Rath jinke liye chalaai gayi hai woh aaj bhi Sleeper aur Unreserved Coaches mein jaate hai. People traveling in Garib Rath trains are not facing "Survival" issues by closing down of Garib Rath, they can definitely afford Normal AC.
Everyone likes Cheap Thrills. If not on Flexi Fare it could be bought on Par with 10%+ Normal Superfast Fare atleast.

Yes Rajdhani, Duronto and Shatabdi trains have adequate occupancy because of mixed classes of Coaches. Full AC 3 Tier Train with Dynamic Fare fill karna bahut mushkil hai.
They should remove Flexi Fare from all Humsafar trains and bring their base fare on par with Mahamana Trains (base + 15%).
Sasti trains sabko achchi lagti hai, par Railways ka banta dhar ho jaayega inn sab se.
