It is maintained well by NFR, its rake is good compared to 12423. Reagarding cleanliness , its good for initial part of journey, later on detoriates, may be obhs is not that active.
For food , I have no idea or any review. But dono trains me similarly average hi hai.

Well.. AGTL has 6 berths quota from KIR Delhi. Probably this is fine. At least we all 4 will get a cabin..
