Is it worth to travel in Tejas with Monsoon timings, as there will be speed restrictions right now?

Monsoon ke baad jaana bhai. Best time rahega. Speed bhi milega aur scenery bhi better ho jaata hai.
Speed better ho jayega magar scenary abhi better hai bhai. Rivers are in full flow green cover over every where, water dripping from mountain walls

I think monsoon ke turant baad utna badlaav nahi hoga. Haa flow kam jarur hoga rivers ka but still it will be good. Main problem in monsoon is heavy rains reduces visibility to a great extent. Thats why my recommendation for this leisure trip is just after monsoons. Otherwise Konkan is a delight to eyes from June to March.
