Its overspeed? Its almost 1kmph less than almost all other Durontos of IR. And as its a full AC train it can do the TT easily. And for your concern if you track 12245 regularly you'll see it reaches BBS VZM BZA 10-15 early on average. So do you calculations accordingly, and also it has SL coaches.
Rather than tweeting DRM to divert 12245/46 you can request to divert 22863/64 and increase the priority of train 22863/64 which is more likely to happen.
How will my VSKP gets benefitted if I tweet to give priority to this train

You can tweet to divert 22863/64 though VSKP withdrawing a halt at KUR. If you follow the train running status all the time you will see its always delayed by minimum 4 hours.Also the reason ECOR won't allow the diversion of 12245/46 is that if it divert it through VSKP then it would have major effect in TT because it needs atleast 20 mints for loco reversal. And by increasing the priority of 22863/64 and diverting it through VSKP with slight change in TT won't be a problem as its a SF and the there is not such limited seats quota as such in Duronto(Other than PQWL/RLWL).
