We travelled from delhi to bandra and the food served in pantry car is worst. I and our group had standed up and took action against them.
The curd was being served in tea cups for rs 15/-
@ parathas were given insteas of 3 without water,salas and curd

Sir, actually Pantry guys also told that they cannot supply food with currrent charges.
IR is looking into matter of hiking charges of food. So till then there will be inhomogenity and cheating.

Awsome...you can BRING THE CHANGE ...keep it up... Im sure after this report they will take strict action
We did it cos one of our friend is with railway so he knew the rules like the curd cannot be served in tea cups and there should be complaint book in running train, cos the pantry manager was not willing to give the complaint book he told us that jo bhi karna hai utar k kar lena.
It was possible because we were in a group but the common passengers are not aware about the basic rules.
They refunded the money not only to us but too the whole train...

Yes sir..common passengers are not aware..once ac attendant didnt gave hand towel..When i asked him about it he said its not available..when i asked him complaint book or i will complain to tte ,then he brought the towel in a flash..after that lot of fellow passengers asked for towels and he had to bring it for everyone
