currently in general seat availability shows WL# 97, tatkal it's in WL# 21. which can i apply for getting confirmation. plz reply

Tough chances in both of them.
Better book a ticket through general Quota.
there are only 21 seats in Tatkal quota..whereas 192 seats in General quota.
