nitishkumar~ 19481 blog postsDuring Navratri period all trains like Shree sakti,Uttar sampark kranti,Puja express,Jammu mail all are in WL even Rajdhani but this train has lots of seats available?? Does it get a proper priority or not ?? What may be the reason for this ?

Yes, but they'll be quite expensive due to odd timing + remote location. Although you can opt this train if your transit from DEE is not an issue. This train is much better choice than Rajdhani due to less fare + better maintained rake + good punctuality. It has overtaken Rajdhani many times in the past.
