"Route and timing may change" Is this printed on all PRS tickets for trains running between HWH-KGP section in night hours ?

Actually I have a ticket from Varanasi Jn to Gorakhpur Jn on 18.04.2012 in 15021 Shalimar-Gorakhpur Express and on the ticket its printed "Route and timing may change". What is the reason behind it ? Is it due to Jnaneshwari accident ? Then tickets of all night trains should have this thing printed.
