Effects of Charting manipulation. Emphasis is always on making more people travel resulting in more revenue for railways.
I have seen numerous instances like this. Got one today also clearly showing the manipulation. check here /pnr/post/409044.
Check my PNR post 290720 was booked 3 months prior and was RAC 4 before charting and remaines RAC no movement in charting
