today returned to jodhpur after starting my trip to bangalore by jodhpur/bangalore express on 22nd march 2012 and reaching jodhpur via bangaloe/delhi by karnataka express on 29th march 2012 and delhi/jodhpur by mandore express on 31st march 2012. between jodhpur to bangalore station most of the vendors are selling rail neer 1 liter at rs. 15/- where as mrp is rs. 12/- only. apart from this most of the stations are not providing drinking waters where as taps are provided without supplying water. because of this public are forcibly buy water at an higher rates more than mrp rates and vendors are looting the money. in this connection yesterday i had sent an sms complaint at 08.49 pm and it was acknowledged at 08.51 pm by mobile no. 8121281212. and at the same time my wife

Your point is true. But I fear sooner or later the MRP will be rounded of by the Railways to the next higher Rs 5/ ie Rs 15 as has happened in case of tickets. For 4-5 years it has been at Rs 12 now.
