First objective is to ensure the train starts. Once it starts then obviously will the demand start with regard to more convenient stoppages.
For sure people will ask for stoppage at KR Puram. Local connectivity from BAND is not that great as compared to KR Puram. In this respect SWR seems to have made a cunning move .
As of now after BAND next stop is Erode. Some associations might demand Salem, then maybe other smaller stations later on

Might be. But the way the minister has tweeted and also looking at the article below, seems to be on its way.P Krishnakumar, member of the divisional railway consultative committee, said the railway authorities had informed at the consultative committee meeting held at Thiruvananthapuram on
Wednesday that the rake for the new trains have already arrived in Kerala.
But not sure if it is really possible to cover Bangalore-Trivandrum in 14 hours !!! and that too via Kottayam.
