Kollam ( Eastern Outer ) to Punalur - Shenkottai section is under the control of the Madurai Railway Division.
Who and when did the Kollam to Punalur section handed over to Thiruvananthapuram division for Electrification works.
Requested RM and RB that the Kollam to Punalur Electrification works have to be handled by the Madurai division....

Electrification division are different than normal divisions.
For example : Delhi - Rewari section is under NR Delhi division while electrification work is executing by JP division which is in NWR.
