I have already filed, no use. RCF replied these features are not essential for Hiumsafar. Passengers caught in RCF MCF politics. I have got detailed letter from RCF Kapurthala for this by email and post. I had filed repeated complaints with NWR for TPJ-SGNR HS and RCF.
Please file complaint to RCF directly on pgportal, no use filing to zones, they will simply reply its an RCF rake. At least with more complaints RCF or RB will take notice. They are simply taking passengers for a ride. In pgportal in zone option please write RCF Kapurthala. These RCF HS coaches are a scam.

If they are 3A coaches onyl then why 15% extra + dynamic fare? Complete nonsense logic by IR. For this in pgportal they simply said its a suggestion and rubbished it off.
