1. Laying of Fiber cable along ADRA-IPTN-BKSC stretch marking the completion of Fiber network throughout electrified network in Adra div.

6. Provisional trial of 130 kmph in ASN-ADRA, JOC-CNI, BQA-SLB and section.
7. Provisional trial of 125 kmph in TKB-KSX section.

9. CRIS Inspection of Anara-Rukni section for 110 kmph upgrade.
10. Installation of semi solid state interlocking system replacing old electronic switch based system at Purulia station. Commission of 4 new cabins at KMs prederind.
11. Construction of new station near Sidho Kanho Birsha University 5 kms from new junction point and around 9 kms from GTD.
12. Transformation of Goshala More (Purulia-Asansol) SH-5 railway crossing into Normal Height Subway.
13. Installation of platforms sheds at BQA pf.3
14. Upgradation of Adra railway station under redevelopment project of SER.
15. Conversion of 58601/02, 58603/04 and 58025/26 into 12 car MEMU service. Toilets pre-installed.
16. Provision of new trip loco shed at Adra.
17. Upgradation of all interlocking switches at JOC.
