Pls let us know if Indian Railways provide meals charges are included in the ticket cost or not since the trains may not stop at any stations it may be difficult to procure one in middle of the night.

In this Duronto, You will not get any meal or Tea as it starts late in night and reach early morning. The train do not have any Pantry or catering service.
